Application Details: The Allegis Group Foundation

LEARN MORE

The Allegis Group Foundation is a central part of our commitment to giving back to the communities in which we work and live. Incorporated in 2000, this philanthropic arm of our business awards direct grants to nonprofit organizations. Our Foundation has defined three strategic focus areas to drive our charitable efforts.

Education

Providing life skills and building blocks for youth to reach their full potential

Strengthening the Workforce

Career development and access to employment opportunities for underserved adults, veterans, and people with disabilities

Employee Engagement

Supporting volunteerism through Allegis Group-level partners, operating company partnerships, and the Allegis Group Foundation Employee Match Program

Requests falling outside the education and workforce arena may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but priority will be given to those organizations that focus on our three strategic focus areas.

The Allegis Group Foundation’s grant review committee will meet four times a year to review and award grants to nonprofit partners. After review, an organization will be notified within 30 days whether the application was approved or not approved for funding.  Details of deadlines and award decision are as follows:
Grant Request Deadlines Award Decisions
March 31 April 30
June 30 July 31
September 30 October 31
December 31 January 31

Guidelines for Submitting Grant Requests

  • Requests will be reviewed based on when they are submitted. For example, decisions on requests sent on May 1 will be made by July 31.

  • The Foundation will consider one online application submission once a year per organization. Organizations should build in all requests for funding into one annual grant request. This includes both program funding and event sponsorship requests.
  • Organizations should include the following as part of their grant request: organizational overview, programmatic information if earmarked for a specific initiative, opportunities for employee engagement, expected outcomes and plan for reporting project results, and 501(c)(3) documentation.

  • Organizations receiving multi-year funding must submit an annual grant request per funding agreement.

  • Submit all grant requests to CSR@AllegisGroup.com.
