Customer SupportOur Customer Support team ensure that Allegis Group’s, consultants, clients and internal partners receive a world class service in the areas of human resources, accounting and administrative support.

Training and Career Development

Building confidence and providing a platform for our people to feel empowered and be upskilled to succeed in their career is at the heart of our Professional Development team’s objectives. Through our blended learning programmes, we encourage continuous learning and equip our people with appropriate tools, resources, and training at each stage of their career. Training is provided through an upskilling platform, workshops, videos and interactive webinars.
All new Allegis Group employees are invited to embark on the New Starter Learning Journey. This is a roadmap designed to support continuous learning. It covers topics such as building effective relationships, developing personal brand and increasing business acumen. Our training approach caters to different styles and blends interactive webinars with self-directed learning.
Many of our more experienced hires join our Manager Learning Journey. This is an advanced roadmap which seeks to provide delegates with the skills to manage high performing teams, develop emotional intelligence, improve communication and engagement, as well as to deliver and manage change.
