As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in our ANZ expansion, managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients. You'll be the face of our business, delivering exceptional service, identifying new opportunities, and driving strategic outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts across diverse industries.
- Build deep client relationships and understand their evolving talent needs.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Represent TEKsystems as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in account management, sales or client-facing roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for relationship-building.
- A track record of achieving targets and driving business outcomes.
- Experience in recruitment or talent solutions is highly desirable.
- Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
