Andy Hilger Promoted to President of Allegis Group

HANOVER, MD,

Hilger poised to expand industry-leading position of talent solutions pioneer

Allegis Group, the global leader in talent solutions, announces Andy Hilger’s appointment to president. In this new role, he will drive initiatives that deliver industry-leading growth and foster a shared vision across the Allegis Group companies. He will also direct efforts to respond to a changing marketplace while staying true to the company’s core values of character, competitive spirit, relationships and serving others.

“In his nearly 20 years with Allegis Group, Andy has earned the respect and trust of the senior leadership team, as well as all those who have had the privilege of working with him,” said the company’s Chairman Jim Davis. “We have always strived to be a great company that creates significant opportunity for our people, and I’m confident that Andy is the perfect leader to build on our strong foundation and create a brighter future for all of us at Allegis Group.”

Having held a variety of strategic leadership roles across the Allegis Group network of companies, Hilger has been instrumental in helping to fuel Allegis Group’s growth into an $11.2 billion global enterprise, as well as SIA’s largest staffing firm in the United States for 10 years running.

Most recently serving as chief information officer, and vice president of strategy and technology before that, Hilger has been driving a critical evolution in the way Allegis Group leverages technology to create an exceptional experience for its customers – on-line and off-. For example, he spearheaded a key innovation program for Allegis Group that ensures a holistic, scalable and agile approach to product development and delivery. Hilger also played a pivotal role in bringing renewed focus to the company’s enterprise data and analytics to deliver a more personalized and compelling customer experience across every Allegis Group company. Additionally, Hilger fostered Allegis Group’s global expansion, leading the integration of the Talent2 and Aston Carter acquisitions, which expanded the enterprise’s footprint in APAC and EMEA, respectively.

“Known for his ability to solve complex problems, Andy is a world-class talent who cares deeply for the people he serves and who fosters an inclusive work environment that gives everyone the chance to contribute,” Davis said. “Combine Andy’s purposeful approach to living our values with his proven track record of facilitating positive change, and it’s clear that he’ll successfully elevate our company to the next level.”

Hilger joined Allegis Group in 1997. His earlier roles include vice president of product development for Aerotek, vice president of chairman accounts for Allegis Group Services, vice president of strategy for Aerotek and vice president of strategic management for Allegis Group.

He currently serves as a board member for Boys Hope Girls Hope Baltimore and has been involved with the organization, which provides at-risk children with stable homes, education and financial and emotional support, since 2007. Hilger holds a bachelor’s degree in English and philosophy from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s in English from Temple University.
