The Opportunity
Due to our on-going expansion into the Australian and New Zealand market we have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team.

In our Sales Associate position, you will work alongside our Business Development Managers to network with our existing customer and consultants base to identify opportunities for us in market. You will uncover opportunities for us to sell our resourcing and consulting services to a client mix across Financial Services, Retail, Utilities and Infrastructure. 

Our Sales Associates meet with customers to understand their needs and network with the best talent in the market to fill those requirements.

You will partner with our senior leadership team to execute on our sales goals and Victorian client strategy, as we continue our local growth. 

The Person

  • Prior experience in a customer facing role, be that sales, customer service, retail or hospitality.

  • A team focused mentality and a thirst to learn and develop for the long-term.
