The Lead Strategic Change Management (SCM) & Organization Development (OD) Consultant will direct a team of contract and employee change management and organization development consultants who provide dedicated consulting support for change initiatives, as well as promote increased change capability in individuals and groups for a range of projects in assigned vertical areas.

The Lead and his/her team will work closely with key IS project team members, Product Owner Team, IS Communications and Operating Company partners to implement a change management framework that enables the deployment of concurrent projects and successfully prepares employees to adopt and sustain new behaviors and ways of working. The Lead will partner with the Sr. Product Owner for Employee Experience and IS senior leadership to ensure the team is positioned to successfully deliver change projects within the verticals.

The Lead will both maintain change management project leadership responsibilities and will support and oversee his/her team in the development and implementation of change plans, including communication planning, leadership and stakeholder engagement, and learning and development planning in order to maximize employee adoption and raise the probability of success for the company���s highest-risk transformation initiatives.

The Lead is expected to ensure the team achieves a high level of performance and quality in delivering exceptional business value to users and internal IS partners. The Lead Strategic Change Management (SCM) & Organization Development (OD) Consultant reports to the Sr. Product Owner for Employee Experience, and is part of Connected organization.

Essential Functions:
���Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the business strategy, objectives, and goals
���Establish relationships with key project leaders/product owners, and business stakeholders
���Promote and sponsor joint IS/business partner interaction (ensure the collaboration between delivery teams and business partners) to foster a collaborative working environment with the various business departments and IS teams
���Lead a team of change management and organization development professionals aligned with his/her assigned delivery area(s)/vertical(s)
���Assist the Sr. Product Owner for Employee Experience in the development and implementation of best practices through the Strategic Change Management Office (SCMO)
���Develop a culturally aligned team of SCM professionals
���Coach, mentor, and lead project team members (IS and internal customers), educating each in the processes and tools being used and their role in the change effort
���Ensure that the team applies our structured change management methodology to change-related activities, including the design/development/delivery of training and communications
���Aid team in increasing productivity; help remove barriers impacting team���s ability to deliver
���Track and report issues to the Project Leadership Team and IS Leadership as needed
���Aggressively address poor change adoption situations
���Manage the portfolio of assigned projects and change resource load of multiple projects as required
���Manage the change impacts calendar and communications related to planned outages or maintenance windows
���Establish and manage a cross-operating company Change Network of key business stakeholders and IS team members
���Responsible for developing change management and communication strategy.
���Partner with the Product Owner team, Business leaders responsible for experience, Communications, Professional Development and IS senior leadership (Delivery Managers and executives) to ensure that the IS team is set up for successful delivery of projects within the vertical

Supervisory or Management Responsibility:
���Manage 5-7contract/internal resources
���Act as Coach-Leader, coaching others in their development as leaders of self and others; motivate and lead team members to achieve their optimum performance; Participate in the development of team members in the assigned vertical
���Hold team members accountable for their commitments; Assume responsibility for execution of the Allegis Group IS Strategic Change Strategy across all projects in the assigned vertical
���Develop strong partnerships with OpCo and IS resources; collaborate with key partners to ensure shared ownership of exceptional user experiences and value delivery

Budget Responsibility:
���Coordinate with ISM and Product Owner team to ensure any costs are in line with budget allocations

Decision Making Level:
���Oversight and management of SCM projects within the assigned verticals

Special Requirements:
���Some travel may be required (based upon needs of assigned projects)

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
���Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Communication, Organizational Change, or related field
���7-10 years of experience as an IT Project, Change, or Communication Manager
���Experience at the Enterprise level (Global preferred)

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
���Excellent leadership skills
���Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
���Proven successful track record working in large/complex multi-location programs/projects
